All customers please think carefully before going with B1 home. When u change your mind or for any reason you can’t take your money even they do nothing for u. Just only let u see the plan tell u they basic price of the house. All of around 2-3 hours see they. They take u $3000. The sale manager Man is so rude.

From the very start Grant was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He found us the perfect home and was with us every step of the way. Amazing service from A - Z.
We then had Ashlee as our prestart consultant who was an absolute delight and had a vast knowledge of all products and upgrades we were interested in.
We are now in the slab down stage of our build and have been dealing with Melissa and Lindsay Snow both of who have been nothing short of amazing to deal with and have answered any queries we have had straight away.
They have all played a part in making our dreams become a reality and

Just heard one of their salesman bragging about making 49k last month off unsophisticated first home buyers he reckons. Sounds like they want to make as much money possible of you, I would steer well clear. And no I'm not a competitor, I was just some average joe who overheard such a ridiculous conversation from a salesman I had to say something.

Okay so this is going to be a very long winded post but it is very much needed. My partner and myself had the privilege of dealing with Cuan Camilleri from B1 for our whole home purchase and land purchase process and we could not be happier. This is my third time building, but the first time building as a sole parent. Dan McFerran was the right consultant I needed, to put all my worries at ease. Friendly service. Always available. I have started building my first home with B1Homes and our first point of contact was Mr Anand Khoj. He has been one of the best this business and has been so helpful. I appreciate his professionalism, explanation of everything in detail, helpful and a perfect guide. Overall my experience with B1H is amazing and really positive. They told me about expected slab down date and they did it on time. Overall I would like to recommend B1H for building new home and please contact Mr Khoj. This is our first experience building a home and I am already, after 3 months of living in a B1 home ready to go back to renting. Every week there is something broken and needing repairs. The more you look the more you can see we were just a number. The sales team were fantastic as you can imagine and everything else from there slid down hill. It would be nice to have a little more concern that for many of us this is a home not just four walls and roof that need to be slapped together.
