Couples must have a combined income of less than $200,000 based on their 2018/2019 tax return. You must be aged 18 years or older, an Australian citizen and be an individual, not accompany or trust. The $25,000 stimulus is on top of State and Territory First Home Owner Grant programs, stamp duty concessions and other grant schemes, as well as the Commonwealth's First Home Loan Deposit Scheme and First Home Super Saver Scheme.
Residential Attitudes design and build new homes in Perth's metropolitan area. Water drainage pipe has not been connected to main sewer and was filling the brick cavity over 6m causing to water to seeping through the wall basement ( two floors down) with a foul smell. Water from balcony was collecting in the three levels of double brick cavity for 7 ms causing damage to whole south side wall, wall cupboards, paint , Tiles and expensive items in the wall cupboards. Never trust this builder. Builder refuses to produce to compliance certificate of the plumber who done the job.
