Had land that we had already purchased and building on (with another builder) on their website as an available house and land package. When we mentioned this to the sales rep in one of the display homes they said we must be mistaken as it was her package to sell. Very arrogant and rude to us when we pointed this out to her. It took several posts and e-mails to them before it was finally removed from their website 6 months after we first brought it to their attention.

We are currently building with Momu and the entire experience has been a nightmare.
From the beginning we have been lied to and gas lighted, being told they can do xyz for us and we will get certain offers then suddenly all of that is taken away once the signatures are down. There have been constant admin errors and delays on their behalf and to try and get answers from them is like trying to get blood from a stone.
Surprises keep coming up due to poor communication on their behalf as well as attempting to charge us for something that is not our responsibility, but theirs.

First signed up in August of 2020, our sales consultant was amazing through the whole process. We signed our finalised contract in December of 2020, with just awaiting title for land. Title was received in January 2021and property was ready to have construction begin any time after March of 2021.
Said goodbye to our sales consultant and were passed onto our Pre-start Consultant. That's where the nightmare began. Consultant was completely hopeless, constantly making mistakes and errors. After meeting with so many different building company’s, we found Momu. We are so glad we decided to build with them.
From the minute we met up with Dave Metcalf he was so honest, professional, not pushy what so ever & very freindly. He sat us down and asked us what we wanted from a house and noted everything we said - he went away and came back with 3 options for us. They were all at different price points but not way over our budget ( which we thought was great ) as we didn’t want to fall in love with something we couldn’t have.
We went over all 3 options, he told us to go home and think

My partner and I could not be happier with our new home. We chose to build with Momu because the price was right for what we were looking for, they offered a great deal of customisation to their home designs, and we never felt pressured at any stage to sign anything we were unsure of.

The staffs were helpful and very prompt with their replies. Any problems we had with our brand new house they got onto them straight away and fixed them up for us until we are satisfied. Not only they are quality builders, they can draw very nice custom home designs and make it happen for you. Our dream house came alive with Momu!
