We recently built a home with Exclusive Residence and couldn’t be happier with both the process and the result. We picked ER as our builder because we felt that they truly listened to what we said and asked important questions around where we wanted to spend our money and what would fit our lifestyle. Working with John and his team was easy throughout the whole design and build - as issues came up we were notified in a timely manner and options were always offered. The pandemic hit in the middle of construction but ER managed all of the supply and trades issues amazingly well and even finished

John and his team delivered on every promise during our home build. The attention to detail was second to none and the responsiveness was nothing short of excellent.
We've had many friends build homes and seen the frustration when there are gaps between trades being on site and no progress is made. This was certainly not the case with Exclusive, the planning was exceptional and this led to our home being built well under the 12 month promise.
