STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! We are 1st home buyers. We were looking forward to have our "own" home. We initially signed a great deal. After the rep Drew left - everything went downhill! We ended up with Paul O'Donoghue - what a disaster!!!!! We had to get a new plot as the 1st one didn't meet criteria. So he took over and took away all our inclusions without telling us! When we arrived for our Pre Start meeting we were informed that we won't have: an Aircon, no doors to robes, no stone benches, no 900 range and no doors to showers - only rods!!! Who still uses shower curtains??????? So after trying to

They advertise all these deals that are false and only for first homebyers. They know exactly if you can get into a home of your own and take your deposit then say we cant do anything now come back next year. Asked for the plans told they getting drawn up that was 8 months ago still nothing. Sent messages to the sales consultant and she cant even reply to me. What a joke.

I have been to several builders and looked at many display homes, and all seemed cookie cut. What made the difference was Carl when I settled for New Sensation Homes. Unlike other sales consultant, Carl listened more and not pushy at all. He took the extra effort to understand our exact requirements, circumstances and budget. Dreams really do come true. Now we finally have our own house with the help of New Sensation Homes. This is our first house so we don’t have any idea, but with the help of New Sensation Homes everything went well. We do like the build.
