The Good, Bad and the Ugly. Start Right Homes are a flexible and reasonable builder within limits. General organisation and planning was awful, alot completed wrong during the planning stage, they even built the entire house out of the wrong brick. However, they were saved by the skills of their Building Manager, Rod who was able to overcome most issues

Genuine staff and team that go above and beyond to help throughout. Everything was Prompt and on time and were thoroughly impressed. We spoke to a few builders and we were blown away by how attentive and knowledgeable Jacob was. We cannot recommend Start Right enough

We have just completed our new build at Jindee Estate with Start Right Homes ❤️ Wow! What can I say! We contacted Jacob and from then on I was impressed by the professionalism and service we received. The build commenced in August 2020 and we progressed with a high quality build with the supervision of Rod’s very high expectations. All the trades that Rod uses are exceptional! The quality and care that he and his trades take is to be commended and by what I read is very rare. Thank you Jacob, Jemma, Rod and all Start Right Trades for an awesome build. Jon you have a great team that do a quality

I don’t normally leave reviews although I felt like I had to with these guys due to the amount of time they wasted for myself. The builders should advise there desires on paper when everything is being signed rather than waiting till a offer is given and then adding the fine print in later. Waste of time dealing with this company, probably a good time to work on your communication skills.

Really regret choosing to build with Start Right Homes. I was so hesitant about building but Jeenu assured me that i would be in my new home by Christmas. After my contract was signed Mikaela told me that wouldnt even start before next year. When i expressed my concerns to her all she did was give me attitude. I was so excited to be building my first home but the whole experience has been ruined. I greatly suggest going somewhere else.
So an update Start Right obviously don't seem concerned about negative posts or comments but I find it very disappointing that they were quick to take my money

Hi .i got in touch with a few building company’s about starting to purchase a new home . Some got back to me and more didn’t . I done a lot of research along the way and nobody could beat start right homes. I sat down with mikaela for a few meetings just to go through a few things . She was so helpful in all aspects of the works . A lot which was straight forward and the price was so good .
So I was happy with everything and I said I would be happy to go along with them to build my home . Since the first day I met with Marian and mikaela till I got my key to my new home it was one incredible

No matter how hard or difficult our situation became Stuart and his team stood by us, Mikaela is incredible and for the first time we had honest, prompt and efficient service. Our precious house is almost complete and so far we have got nothing to complain about. I would recommend Start Right Homes to anybody wanting to build or your first home.
