I had a blocked sewerage. nathan came and after one hour he cant even find the problem was and told me he cant fixed unless diging up all my pipe.he cant even get a sewerage plan which other plumer can get it just by a phone call.then he send me a plan which need a minimum payment $2000 to start the job.luckily i ring The Drain Man they find the problem and fixed it within 2hours. and also a report with a video. i am thinking twice to put my words here because i also have a business in warragul. but just spend $275 to get nothing done is very unprofessional.

Nathan was great to deal with, and went above and beyond to help us and our landlords determine the best solution our site needed for our yard drainage issue. Came almost straight away. Confirmed the state of my hot water heater unit and provided options for its replacement. New unit was fitted and old one removed without any hassle within hours. Very happy with the job and the friendly and professional way the business was conducted. Nathan also doing a great job of explaining and training his apprentice in the process. Highly recommended.
