Plug-A-Long Plumbing & Gasfitting can supply and install a wide range of LP and natural gas heaters. We can also carry out servicing, repairs and test for carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide is a tasteless, colourless and odourless deadly gas. It is highly recommended that you have your gas heater serviced and tested for carbon monoxide every 2 years minimum.

Plug-A-Long was great to deal with! From the initial call to completion of work. All staff were friendly, turn around time was quick and work is great. No errors made. I had used another company in the area which I had issue after issue and they had to come back a few times to fix mistakes. Very happy and pleased my choice to use Plug-A-Long was worth it. We have used Plug-a-Long for several jobs over a few years now. They have always been quick, punctual and polite to us, both the receptionist and the plumbers, with reasonable prices. This has all been important for me as a pensioner with a disability. They have done basic plumbing such as replacing shower heads to installing a new gas heater, which included new gas pipes. Also small tasks like replacing washers and clearing gutters that I can't manage anymore. Happy to recommend them.

Please fix the roof you replaced for a lady... it's still leaking... $14k for a roof and it leaks. she's opened up to me (complete stranger) your receptionist is horrible and rude. I hope she wont need them...but I advised her to go to the Ombudsman. please just make it properly the first time. another plumber has looked over it & its not the leaves from the trees...its your crappy job!

Be careful!! As a landlord, be weary if your agent hires this company to do any work for you, as they provide no guarantee for their services. I was provided a false assessment on a pressure test, stating there was a leak from a pipe. After having another plumber conduct the same pressure test, it was determined that this was incorrect. They are now not willing to provide a refund for the false assessment and the receptionist is rude and non responsive.

Called them to fix a leaking toilet and as an afterthought asked if they could increase the water pressure as well. They didn't have the correct parts to fix the toilet which started leaking again several day s later. When they did finally come with the correct parts they tried to slug me again for travel to Rawson. They tried to say I only wanted the water pressure increased! Why would I ring them for that when the toilet is leaking?? Receptionist needs to do a customer service course.

These guys are just fantastic.
We first called on Plug-A-Long back in August when we moved in to our new home, to help with a dishwasher installation, and the quality of their service, attention to detail, and timeliness was a cut above our experiences with other trades when we were renters.
Plug-A-Long are now fixing our hot water service under… manufacturer warranty, and are SO flexible with their appointments - working around our availability - we couldn't have someone at home today until after lunch... but knowing it would rain they got the outdoor portion of the job done well before

Don't go there people. Bad attitude from receptionist. Bad service. For months I've been saying that there's a leak at my house when no one is living there. I was told repeatedly by receptionist that it's been checked and no leak. Then how come an empty house has run up $189 bill. ???? I was told after asking many times to plse check again to go elsewhere. I did just that. Now I sent an email informing Plugalong receptionist that there is in fact a leak from the new cooktop to gas line that Plugalong installed. So I wrote an email informing her of gas leak that's been found. I got a very rude nasty
