I put the post up at 4:30am. 2hrs later they replied then 2hrs after that a knock on the door and then withing 4hrs after that knock I received a quote for the needed repair work. Amazing customer service. A definite 5 stars. SPR Plumbing & Refrigeration couldn't have gone down any smoother 🤌 highly recommended

The agent I rent with use SPR. A week after the job was sent to SPR to repair an usuable toilet, I rang SPR. SPR new nothing about the job, and I had to book it. The day they were supposed to turn up, I got a text from one of their plumbers. His excuse was that the office had been overbooking him, and while he would be late, he would be here in the morning. After lunch I rang the office for an update. They knew nothing about the booking.
