Mike left a mess. When politely asked to clean it up he got extremely defensive and irate. If he can’t do the little things right like picking up after himself what make you think he isn’t cutting corners else where.

Short fuse. When something doesn’t go his way he’s been shown on video to rage with anger. The most recent incident was a few months ago. He wracked his handgun at a patron because he couldn’t control his temper. Couldn’t imagine in a millions years allowing this small d business owner into any home.

Mike is great. Whoever left these bad reviews are clearly fake accounts.
Mike is responsive, very respectful and talks you through everything. His work is very quick and efficient. He makes sure you understand what he'll do and grabs you for a final review before completion on new product installations so it is just how you want it.
He answered all of my questions in depth and even gave recommendations to save me money. You get quality with Mike, couldn't recommend him enough.

Called for a toilet repair and everything was good until Mike showed up smelling like beer. I questioned him about it and he raised his voice asking if I wanted the job done or not completely avoiding my question. He did the job but I will never do business with him again he made me feel threatened in my own home.

Just want to drop Mike and Advanced Plumbing a shout-out. I've used Advanced three times and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the service and highly recommend. Mike always has a smile and is always friendly and professional. On all three occasions Mike gave me the pricing up front and made sure I was good with it prior to any work being done. On one occasion Mike immediately noticed the issue was still under the warranty of the builder and advised me to contact them first to make sure. This saved me hundreds of dollars. Very pleased with the quick response and great work Mike did with Advanced Plumbing. Mike was able to come out the same day I called for a diagnosis and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Mike was confident in diagnosing the issue at hand and took the extra time in explaining how and what he was going to fix, and made sure all my questions were answered. Mike was very professional, showed up ahead of time, and cleaned up after the job was complete. I would recommend Mike with Advanced Plumbing and will call for future jobs.
