Had to have the Hot water service drianed so that an electrician could replace element. They where here for at most 15min to place pipe at bottom of hot water service so it could drain and then left for most of the day. Then come back spent another 15min conceting water back to hot water service and for this i payed a total of $200

Have met one of their plumbers as he was doing a job at my mum's place. Took quite some time due to them being very busy and unforeseen difficulties with replacing a part. Bad time of the year for heating to break down but it's fortunate that it was only an inconvenience for Mum and her house guest for one night or so.
