I called up Artique homes to get some information for an Artique built display home that I purchased a few years ago. The gentleman, named John, promised to get back to me the same day but I did not hear back from him. I then called him the next day to follow up and as soon as he picked up the phone he was rude and cut the call. I called him back immediately and asked him why he had been rude to me, and he then proceeded to tell me that he thought that I wanted to sell him something. All these assumptions were made without even hearing on the reason for my call. He then went on to tell that he
