The worst builder we have come across so far. lack of integrity dealing with Contract and not helpful to first time builder. There were variation after variations we have received. the build requirement for land was sent to this builder even before the contract was signed. the builder has failed to read and verify this requirement and now claiming from us the additional money to build as per the estate's requirement. also, putting our build on hold because of their own mistake. No integrity at all !!! their failure to check, plan and build has become our responsibility to feed them with more money

I went to Baldivis display today. Representative was so rude & arrogant. Firstly he was not open for business. He'll make us feel if you don't have enough money for building then go next door. He said go next door & see Home Group because they build cheap homes. Blueprint should spend some money on their training instead on Marketing. Market won't stay up forever..... Another thing he was saying bad for other builders as well Dale is not good because his friend works for them & Shelford is small..... I've been to their display homes & I was welcomed every single time.

Cant recommend Blueprint Homes enough, We built a house with them and have recommended them to 5 other people who are very happy with the service.
Starting with Bulding Consultant Roger Fenwick, What can I say about him. Roger provides very honest and practical advise. He uses all his experience to ensure the clients are educated to make informed decisions. He makes the decision making process so much easy and fun.
We did have some minor stumbling blocks during selection process, but was quickly overcome by awsome team at Blueprint.
Our construction manager Sonia Fahie is one of the easiest
