For advice on your sustainable home build call our GreenSmart accredited professional Peter on 9349 7003. Solar passive design uses the environment to heat and cool the home naturally. Orientation of the home, placement of windows and shaded structures are all taken into consideration during the design phase.
We contracted Nulook to do a reno/extension to our 50s style house. I highly recommend these guys, they were respectful, very easy to deal with, always cleaned up and made a real effort to get a good outcome for us. We heard of nightmare renovations from other people, but with Nulook there was none of that, everything went smoothly and was done well.

Nulook Homes helped us realise our vision of restoring our old run down early 1900's weatherboard house into a beautiful and functional family home. They worked with us to blend the history of our home and the past, our desire to use recycled materials wherever possible (timber floors, windows, doors, etc.), and the respectful introduction of contemporary functionality. We cannot recommend Brent, Peter and the entire Nulook team enough. Now that we are living in our beautiful new home built by Nulook it is time to say a BIG thank you to the Nulook team! From the very beginning their quoting system was detailed so we knew where our $$ would be going. Then throughout the process we were made to feel like we were valued clients from the warm greeting at reception to the extra help in meetings when choosing items, upgrades or making decisions. We had the best experience building our first home with Nulook Homes! When I started looking around fewyears ago, I came across mostly a list of project builders which are more commonly known by the public. Choosing Nulook to build our house was the best decision! They have exceptional attention to detail, both in their paperwork and the ongoing monitoring of progress.
They have a great team of tradies. Brent our building supervisor was very supportive and considerate of them, and they in return did a fantastic job.

The team at Nulook worked very hard to make building our new house the best experience possible. They were responsive & no question was too much trouble for them (I asked many questions!). They would always work hard to sort things out. Nulook were really accommodating - there were instances where I must have spent over an hour discussing the detail of a particular option & then we would elect not to go ahead! :P Nulook were really flexible though - if at all possible things can be added/taken away from the contract as we go along - no problem to them at all.

We have just finished building with Nu Look Homes and cannot stress how happy we are! They were recommended to us and we can see why. From the beginning we were guided through the process with Peter and Julie, who helped make all of our selections seamless. Then Brent the building supervisor who was always available for anything we needed at any time. Their tradesmen did an excellent job and were all so polite when we visited. Laura the receptionist is just lovely and such an asset to the business. If you are shopping around for builders you cannot go wrong with Nu Look, for a top quality home
