Not much Personality.
Just called to enquire about getting a barn style garage door and was told they don't provide a service for those living 'out west'. I am so sick of people treating Parramatta like it's the end of the earth. I just wanted to buy a door and have it installed by our professional builders. Your business is about 25kms from us and we were willing to pick it up. I guess some businesses are not affected by COVID.

Wow, all I wanted was information to see if one of their beautiful doors would fit my shed. The woman did not want to deal with me because it didn't sound like a 'normal job', I offered to change my job to work with a standard size door. I just wanted a 'ball park cost' to see if I could work it in, but she was frustrated with me and rude. I'm sorry that I wanted to use your product and waisted your time with a 2min phone call.

Personality? More like rudeness and vitriol! It seems systemic at this place with both Julie and Greg, the owner, being extremely aggressive on the phone and via email. I note that "Bernadette Kelly" who has given the five star review above actually works for the company! I would not recommend these people in any way.

I am a business person and I agree the receptionist is rude as I too have experienced the same from them.....................rudeness.
They are too willing to take your job on and fail to give you after sales service. I am waiting for nearly six months for them to refit and cut down one of my two garage doors they promised to do. They took on the job when we fitted two doors a year ago. We had issues with council and had to alter the size. They came to my home, viewed the scope of work required and placed our file in the hard basket. My wife and I made numerous calls and they told me they could
