One of their experienced technicians call me back after I've exhausted every possible attempt to reset our garage remote & call for help.
Within a couple of minutes JR is identified the problem of which there not a single mention in the instructions booklet!
He was an absolute gentlemen who've shown an incredible patience & technical savvy in helping us to resolve a very frustrating problem with greater ease!

Outstanding honest and friendly service. I am a renter and had a problem with my garage door / remote. I was not sure where either product was originally purchased from, but contacted KM for help, fully expecting to buy a new remote. The KM team went to great lengths to solve my problem free of charge even though it ultimately meant I didn't have to purchase any new products. Very impressed.

John was at our house on time, he fixed the problem with operating mechanism at no time, and serviced all hinges connecting all panels. He was extremely polite, very professional, and explained all details. I am/was very impressed with the level of service we have received.

KM Garage have recently completed the replacement of all the garage doors for our apartment block. They were excellent to deal with throughout the entire process, from quoting, installation and after-sales customer service. I was able to trust the information we were provided at all times, and the entire team including Carlo, Debbie, Lewis and Danny plus others were very professional, responsive, and accommodating to our various requests. Not often that a process like this runs smoothly (relatively!) and where you can trust the company to do the right thing by the customer. Highly recommend this
