Chay and the team at Cancare came highly recommended to us by our former removalists who had sold on their business. I 10000% recommend the boys, they are absolute professionals and got the job done efficiently and with maximum care which was super important to me. Our entire house was packed methodically and absolutely nothing was damaged. Nicest blokes to deal with too! Thanks guys, I'll be telling everyone how great you were!

10/10 the best movers I have used. We had a super tight laneway that their truck didn't fit, but they made it work. Which to start, was just incredible. They were understanding of me not being there so I could get my pets settled at my new place. They moved everything with care and we're making sure things were going in the right place. Even with all the hiccup with the laneway it was still within the original quote. All three of the guys were so lovely, best experience moving can not thank them enough.

A simple move from Westminster to Ellenbrook became very expensive. They charged me for 7 hrs of work which I am sure included a 2hr lunch on me. They left items all through the house and 2/3 of my garden. Ran out of space they said. I had one room of only boxes, one room had a desk, chair and shelves. I have a king single bed, 2 chest of drawers and shelves in the bedroom. Living room entertainment unit, sofa and two chairs, dining table and shelves. They said they had a 6tonne truck but ran out of room. It cost me $250 for a second moving truck, totalling $950. I contacted consumer affairs and

The typical case of almost all going wrong...
They were great at utilizing space on their truck and flexible on 2nd stop to drop off an item however the following areas made this a very unpleasant experience:
* Turned up at incorrect time
* Damaged 3 items (One of which not fixed as no solution/tool was available)
* Due to conflict between staff, I (the customer) was asked to lift heaviest object
* Lack of care, many items ended up on the street & footpath floors for convenience (which would only be acceptable if they were covered up but they weren't ) which affected their cleanliness.

Chay helped us move over the long weekend and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He handled all our belongings with as much care as he would his own, arrived early and was so quick and efficient in packing our stuff into the truck and getting it to the new place. We had some heavy/tricky items and our first unit was in quite an awkward spot with some tight corners on the stairs but nothing seemed too much to ask of him. Super friendly and made our move feel so much easier. Would definitely recommend CanCare the next time you move!

Chay and Troy provided us with the best moving experience my husband and I have ever had.
Easy communication prior, and very flexible when I notified them the day prior that we actually had twice as much stuff as I had initially estimated.
Arrived exactly on time. Spent the next 4 hours bounding up and down three flights of stairs with heavy boxes and furniture. No damage to the walls despite a very tight staircase. Took care with furniture and fragile items including the piano. Completely filled the truck in an astonishingly short amount of time and unloaded it even faster at the other end.
