The receptionist was really great with giving me all the information I need and super friendly, making the booking was easy. They gave me warning as for when they were on the way for the pickup (after giving a rough time frame). Both the guys helping were super approachable and friendly, I felt comfortable with them and they were great for a chat too. Generally a great experience!

Possibly the worst service I have ever attempted to use, cant comment on the actual removal of items as they couldn't even confirm a booking or return a single phone call, I chased them up 8 times spoke to someone 4 times and simply asked for a confirmation of booking and if they could do selected dates, I am still waiting. If they can't organise the booking i would hate to see how my product would arrive.
