From our initial contact with Laura and Eddie we received friendlly professional service. The day of our move arrived and Rodrigo and Paulo were friendly, efficient and packed the truck in a timely fashion.

Highly recommend this Removalist company, easy to book in a date, the two guys Nelson and Jon arrived on time, were polite and hard working . Handled our furniture with the up most care, no damages. Drove 5 hours to the country and unloaded then drove back to Perth. Are a little more expensive than others but well worth it .

Oh my stars, what wonderful, respectful, happy and sweet guys Murilo and Rodrigo are. So professional. And most importantly ‘caring’ with all our household items (& they placed them exactly where I wanted and was so happy to do so). There are so efficient and never wasted time. I definitely recommend these boys (if you want a professional job done - these guys are the ones to call) Thank you Murilo. Thank you Rodrigo. Big shout-out to Murilo and Will from start to finish. Murilo has comforting personality, while Will is super cheerful! Both worked diligently and with care. A big plus to wrapping the mattress with a big cling wrap, the first company I know that does this! Very thankful! A good communications team behind the scene as well, Gisele was very pleasant to deal with. Overall, highly recommend this removalist. They make the house moving stress much easier to manage.

I will be forever thankful for the guys and gals at Brilliance for helping me move. At every hiccup they had a solution and made moving seem seem-less. They are professional, kind, fast moving and go the extra mile. My belongings were taken care of as if they were their own and they even when the extra mile to connect my washing machine for me!!

Victor and Phillip did a fantastic job. 2 different pickup locations, one with stairs, that were no problem and they took the utmost care with our belongings. They made an otherwise stressful experience almost enjoyable with their good humour and willingness to help. Highly recommend

Thanks Igor 1, Igor 2 and Victor - you guys are amazing! Our move was stress free and effortless with these 3 gentlemen. We moved from a 3 story house (stairs only) with large furniture brought down from each floor with difficult access. Not a mark on any walls and so professional and very careful. We will be using Brilliance again in 8 months time for our move to the Gold Coast. Keep up the good work guys!! This company should be renamed - Brilliant Removalists !

Hi, You moved my home 2 weeks ago. I have left two messages for you to contact me, which still have not been returned. Initially I was very happy with your firm until I found a picture tucked behind boxes that has had its glass removed. Clearly it had been broken, and I would have appreciated being told of this accident. Also, I paid $968 plus tip in cash for my household removal. I am still awaiting my receipt.
