The office team are great, the movers were very rough with my furniture. It seemed like they were more courier drivers used to moving boxed products protected in their boxes with foam than furniture. Whilst they didn’t damage anything there were a few close calls that left me on edge during the 6.5 hour move.

These guys are a joke. Left me and my young family stranded on moving day, which was a Friday afternoon and booked 3 weeks prior. They called an hour after they were due to arrive and cancelled with no excuse or real apology offering an alternate date 1 week later. They cost us extra money and heaps of anguish. DO NOT TOUCH THEM!!!

I've used this company on two occasions and now I keep getting harassing phone calls for a review when I don't want to leave a review at all. So, here it is! Two stars for showing up and service on both occasions.
First occasion, the workers started taking out the wrong furniture. That's after walking next to the furniture and pointing what needs to be moved. During pointing out what furniture needs to go, the workers kept talking and seem to have taken hardly any notice of me.
Second occasion. A person pointed out a crack on my glass table once it was loaded onto the truck. Was it cracked being

I would definitely NOT recommend using CBD Movers.
We booked these guys 2 weeks in advance and then on the day of the scheduled move they told us they didn't have an appropriate truck available and wanted to re-schedule for the following day.
Then the following day they showed up late and then told us they couldn't help us as our 'driveway was too steep' and that they 'weren't strong enough' to carry our items down the driveway. We pleaded with them to help us and not walk away... but they left us stranded.
We had to scramble to find someone else to help and Fox Removals came to our rescue.

Please PLEASE take note of all the nbad reviews as they are truthful and honest, I wish I had checked the reviews before I decided to pay a deposit with this company.
I had booked a truck to move my stuff 2 weeks before the date I was moving. The day before I was moving they called me and told that they couldn’t come because all the trucks had been booked in for an inspection and there was no one available. I had also had booked my cleaners to come on the same day which I had to move and was charged extra money because of this.
I finally found a local family

I used this company a few years ago. On the day of the move, they called me and cancelled because of "trouble with the truck" and rebooked for a few days after. I thought id try them again and booked and confirmed weeks in advance. After waiting for over an hour for them to arrive, I called and requested ETA and was told that they could not do the job because of 'trouble with the truck' but they could do it in a few days leaving me stuck in between houses. clearly, they are are over booking and being dishonest. This is a terrible way to run a business. Avoid CBD Movers

DO NOT USE CBD MOVERS!
We hired CBD movers on a Saturday for the following day after the movers we had booked cancelled on us. I was so relieved when Andrew told me they would 100% do the job on Sunday and promised me they would definately not cancel and that is why they take a deposit and send an email confirmation with all the booking details.
Sunday comes around and after 2 hours of the 3 hour window, I give them a ring to get an ETA. The guy on the phone says he will call me back in half an hour, that he can't get hold of my movers, but assures me they are coming. 40 minutes later I get a

Engaged CBD movers three weeks in advance for a Saturday move which was confirmed the day before. Two hours before they were supposed to arrive they called and said they can’t come as the truck broke down.
The alternative they offered was a weekday move that I couldn’t do with short notice as I work full time. They said when a larger truck finished the jobs for the day they could “try” and get them to come but could not guarantee it and thought it was unlikely.
