From start to finish, the service has been outstanding, and the product amazing! Going in to getting solar, I didn’t know anything about what was good, what was safe, nor what I needed. Jye and his team were patient and helpful no matter what I asked. There was also no pressure to use Paramount even after all the time taken to give me a quote. I cannot recommend Paramount enough. Jye and the team @ Paramount Energy did an amazing job. I looked into a number of solar systems prior but when it came down to getting a quote I only engaged Paramount Energy and from there never looked back. From the initial appointment Jye took the time and discussed the whole system, the 3D modelling was really interesting and it gave me a better understanding of where the panels should be placed to maximise efficiency and usage. The data and analytics it provides via the app is also good to know.

The design and install service offered by Paramount Energy has been excellent. The Enphase systems they use are high quality and efficient. Enphase also utilises an easy to use app making monitoring accessible to all users. I absolutely recommend Jye and his team at Paramount Energy. They are all professional, patient and extremely detail oriented. They kept us up to date with our solar install at every step, were always on time and the work done was of the highest quality. Every area where they worked was left cleaner than when they arrived.
Our solar installation was on an existing house with distinctive and difficult architecture; we have skillion roofs with no ceiling cavities spread across four levels. Most of the roofs are clearly visible from balconies so the aesthetics of the installation was critical. Jye

Jye took the time to understand our historic usage and peak usage times, as well as considering panel placement to maximise our power generation - factoring in neighbouring properties and trees - with technology to show us where the sun hits and approx times during the year.
Reviewing and accepting quotes online was easy and we went with a system that can have panels easily added in future when we complete our house renovation.

Super happy with the Paramount Energy Team. I had four quotes all up. The Enphase system was a bit on the pricy side but, Quality comes at a price. Easy tp use apps keeps me on track to smash the power bill. If you're looking for a peace of mind system and appreciate pre-sales to after-sales support with a quality team, I highly recommend Jye and his team.

Can’t recommend Jye highly enough!! Sometimes you can really tell how good a business is when they have some obstacles thrown at them and Paramount Energy rose to the top. We had solar panels installed by them about six months ago, had a couple of legislation changes to meter boxes in between them being completed and the meter being changed over to… the smart meter, but Jye came back and sorted the issues even though they weren’t caused by them!
A month or so to finally get it all connected back to the grid but now after four months we have not had an electricity bill at all
