Sales lady refused to disclose the interest charged on their product over a 2 year period. Told me no one cares about that, they only care about how much money leaves their account each week.
Such an unprofessional and irresponsible approach to selling a product.
Decided to terminate my enquiry and will use a more transparent company that discloses all fees attached to their product.

This company came and installed Solar at our house and did a great job. They also advised that they would provide a referral bonus payment to me if I referred any new customers to them. I referred my father to them and he got a system installed as well. I've since been trying for 2 weeks to get the payment sent to me for the referral with no result. I am now worried that if I need to make a warranty claim or anything in the future, this would be handled poorly as well. Let's hope the hardware holds up and I don't need to do this because the after sales service seems poorly managed.

I purchased 2 systems from Smart House in July this year. After research I decided to purchase Hyundai panels and after ringing, I understood that they needed to get the product in as they do not regularly use these panels.
Initially the communication was great, and they were keeping me updated about install and product delays. However, it got flipped on its head with only 4 days out from both properties booked in to have all the product installed. They said all panels and inverters were at the port and were delayed in getting out so they could only install one property that week due to the delay

BUYER BEWARE. If you are in the market for a solar system, look elsewhere! The initial contact is speedy and clear, after that is where it all goes south! Poor workmanship of install, no call back when promised, extremely poor customer service and no interest in rectifying my concern of a solar system that is operating at 50% efficiency!

The installation guys were quick and efficient, communicated well and cleaned up after themselves. Immediately afterwards, I was contacted to ensure the installation process went smoothly.

Great price, excellent communication and install. The panels are up and look great. Some technical issues with the App but Amanda (Smart House contact) followed it all up and the Technical support was on to it. Really happy with them all. Incl Harry who dealt with the booking and rebooking (after we had to delay)
