We had this system installed 2 years ago. While the solar generation has been great, we received a report from the Clean Energy Regulator that there were some minor non-compliance issue. Contacting Arise Solar about getting these issues fixed has been a nightmare and they take days to send a response. They even sent private info from another customer to me as they mixed up out ticket numbers. We were told the installer would be there to rectify the issues, but no approximate time and Ive been calling to try and find out what time of day they will be there. Worst after sales service ever.

Service started strongly and installation was within a reasonable timeframe. Then it all fell down! Wrong inverter ordered, delays in supplying and installing replacement inverter saw a three week delay after initial installation. After this problem was corrected there was then a lack of clear communication about processes with our energy company, resulting in a further four week delay... to date. It was all go go go until we signed up and then it has been slow slow slow!

It all started with seeing multiple adds on TV. Initially I was not interested as I already had a solar system. However, my current system was aging and I was looking to save more money on my dreaded electricity bill. So, submitted an online request to get a quote and talk to someone about what was involved.

I mistakenly used them and regret it. I ended up with a meterbox fire from the instalation. There were a large number of non compliant issues noted by a licensed electrician. Inverters were installed on the western wall so they recieve harsh afternoon sun. When we paid the guy in the office he wrote a reciept on scrap paper. I'll need to have this torn down and a new instal completed. Absolutely the worst company ever. Sunboost are also owned by the company that owns arise.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Misleading Deceptive and poor quality components (Specifically the inverter). Installation was great (as it was carried out by a contractor) The sales process seemed to be fine until after the installation was carried out and I was Hounded to provide positive feedback - I was even offered a Holiday voucher worth "thousands of dollars" in exchange for a positive review - when the voucher arrived it was Valid for 45 days and was for overseas destinations that we could not even access to due to Covid - TOTAL JOKE! fast forward 4 months and after countless phone calls (to

Great price and good quality Sungrow inverter and panels installed.
Some delays with the solar equipment arriving on site and Arise organizing with Energy Australia to upgrade to a smart meter. This is free of charge however it is required to allow solar system to be switched on (recommend getting this organised at signing of solar contract with Arise so there is no delay's with switching the system on).
The contracted solar installers were great and they know their stuff. Robust and neat installation . Happy to diagnose any issues. Highly recommend.
