Highly recommended. Joe was amazingly helpful in getting our system configured and installed, even with supply shortages due to Covid19.
We were regularly updated and supplied with data on upgraded panels as the need arose. The price was competitive and didn't vary from the original quote. WHY Electrical did an amazing job of the install with attention to detail.

I can say that when it comes to solar i am easily the most difficult customer one can come across. I know what i want, I am knowledgeable (when it comes to solar), i know the cost of things which means i'll haggle and i want things done perfectly, in time on budget.
Joe and I had nothing but setbacks on our commercial 3phase + TripplePower battery install.
From having to change contractors, to extended energex approvals to managing supplier stuff-ups and delays. Nothing went according to plan.

Joe was patient as I took about a month researching and finalising what panels and inventor I wished to run, he always was available to discuss my options and give homiest feed back with my questions.
I ended up settling on Trina mono panels and a Solax invertor, instillation process was smooth and as expected.
I have spoken to Joe a few times after the install and my brother in law has since also had Joe stall the same system at his property.
Definitely recommend
