We just had our hardwood floors sanded and revarnished by the APEX guys and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend. They were also quick to come out and quote and came when they said they would which was a welcome change after being mucked around by a few other providers.

This company overcharges 3 TIMES what other floor sanding and polishing companies charge. Do not trust this company as they will rip you off !! BUYERS BEWARE !! A MAXIMUM $2000 dollar job was quoted from 3 different companies and this scam of a company tried to charge OVER $7000 for the exact same job. ALL the other floor sanders and polishers were warning me about this company also.

They did a great job of sanding the floor (it came up wonderfully) but seemed to have broken one of the antique lights in our bedroom (it was behind a door and fine before the floor sanding and propped up afterwards) and said they would get back to us and never have- if you check the job before paying you should be fine :)
