We contacted this company and engaged them to complete a re-polish of our timber hardwood floors. It was physically inspected by the owner Matthew who confirmed the quote and we began work after moving out our furniture and moving house.
We quickly noticed that no work had been completed one day - thought nothing of it. It took a phone call to Matthew to discover they would not be completing the floors. No phone call, no email, no return of house keys. We had to ask for our house keys back and they had left the half sanded floors bare - no apology, no offer to re-wax and return it to its original

We commissioned Brisbanes Finest Floors (BFF) to carry out a floor sanding job. They gave us a date and time and asked us to have all our furniture removed, so we moved out of our house in preparation. We provided them with keys and our contact details so they could contact us for anything or any issues that may arise. The job looks very good - a solid improvement over the previous condition of the decking. The two tradesmen from Brisbane's Finest Flooring were very experienced and capable - they provided a summary of what the work would involve and were very professional.
