Keith and Stacey as well as their laying team went above and beyond for us. Our job was quite challenging but they clearly communicated what was needed and why certain things wouldn't work. They provided us with a variety of options , samples and gave us a very good price for products purchased. Nothing was too much hassle and we are very happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend their products and services!

Absolutely excellent service and standard of workmanship. Keith and his subtrades were held up by Covid Lockdowns but once they were able to commence they worked hard and met our due completion date so that we were able to get in on time. The floors look incredible and the standard of details to adjacent flooring etc. can't be faulted.
Keith's knowledge of products was evident from first discussions and we would strongly recommend them.

My experience with e-flooring was extremely positive. A true professional and efficient business; both with their communications and quality workmanship. Otto and his staff, however, were also always courteous and patient with all my many phone calls and last minute requests.
Post installation and sales care was just as outstanding. I unfortunately damaged my flooring not long after installation, and Otto and his team were there to guide me through that whole process.
I love my light coffee bamboo floor and will only use e-flooring again for future renovations.
