Yes, our quote is itemised and transparent. All the materials to be used are clearly listed with quantity. We are flexible too. If any items included in the quote are supplied or done by you, we will adjust the quote and deduct it from the total of the quote. You are only charged by what will be supplied and done.

Acers Timber Flooring offers a free in-house measure and quote service to homeowners right across Brisbane, and can recommend the right subfloor and surface, be it bamboo, laminate or hardwood.
You've selected the floors you want in your home and you've got a quote; now it's time to fit out your property. Acers' specialist staff will work with you closely though every part of the process, helping to make sure the supply and installation is as smooth as possible. If you've chosen raw timber floors, our team will organise delivery a few weeks before the surfaces are laid so the wood has a chance to acclimatise to the site conditiions.

Kevin and his team at Underwood were absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish.
We purchased a new house and needed to replace our carpet upstairs and in our stairwell before we moved all of our… furniture in. Other companies had at least a 4 week wait. Kevin was able to coordinate our installation within the first 3 days of us receiving our keys.

Kevin and his team from Acers did a beautiful job on my bamboo timber floors throughout my home and even allowed me to pick out the batch of timber I wanted from the warehouse so I could get the exact right colour. I'm really happy with bamboo flooring installed by Kevin and the team at Acers Timber. Very professional prompt service all at a competitive price. I can happily recommend them as a good company to deal with. I was tossing up between engineered timber and bamboo but the colour and quality of the bamboo they provide really swayed me. The quality of service from start to finish was outstanding. The customer service at the store was so professional. The attention to detail by the installers has ensured that the finished look is spectacular.
My house was a very difficult job for installers, lots of angles, unusual shaped and sized steps, and very uneven floor. But they have done… a superb job!
The installers were extremely friendly, reliable, prompt and completed job as first quoted even though it was more difficult than first thought.
The quality of the product is great. The look and feel is wonderful.
