The team at Access Timber Flooring were exceptional. The support and customer service we received were second to none. We are very happy with the pre & post service received throughout the entire process, the installer Matt was awesome and we even have the owner of the company come out to site to check the status and also received a post completion call from him as well, couldn't really ask for anything more. What can I say about access timber flooring ...... Well from the moment they came to my house to measure up the job they have been fantastic . To ladies at the showroom who were so helpful and patient with us we thank you so much . Frank you and your team went above and beyond to get me and my family back into our home after a unfortunate accident and we can't thank you enough . If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Impeccable service from the team, and especially Farhan at Access Timber Flooring. I was unable to be home during office operating hours; Farhan was super accomodating. He arranged a quote for on the weekend and had the materials dropped off for install after hours. Thanks so much to Farhan and the team. The floor is amazing, the recommended flooring and colour choice flow beautifully throughout the home, I love it. Highly recommended company, service and staff. If you want to fall in love with your timber flooring all over again, Access Timber Flooring is the company to use. This is the second time we have re-sanded and sealed our timber floors, the first time with another company. The difference in the quality of work from start to finish is like night and day. Access Timber Flooring being by far the best to work with in terms of communication, transparency and outcome. I just want to lie on my floors now and marvel at the beautiful finish. Couldn’t be happier with Access Timber Flooring. We originally spotted the floor at Subiaco Home Base and it was on sale then. We then took forever to actually make up our minds and make a commitment. By the time we both agreed that was going to be our floor the sale was over. Although, Access flooring looked after us and still offered us the sale price, very kind! On top of that - great and fast service! Delivered on time and very happy with the product. Highly recommend and we will use their service again in the future if needed!

Thank you to the team at Access Flooring for a magnificent flooring result that exceeded all my expectations.
From the very outset, when I met with Allan , to explain that I needed my house to be completely re-floored so it would transfer my home to enable help me care and manage my husband’s condition ( he’s 58 yo with early onset dementia). This is not a sob story but a real lived experience of a company who actually lived up to their promises on every level.
Access said they would lay the new floors whilst we were able to live in the home so it was less disruptive to my husband. They did

Access Timber Flooring renovated the brushbox floor throughout our home - sanded & sealed to a very high quality. They look like new again! They took great care to minimise dust and protect our home. Yasmin, Allen and the entire team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. We highly recommend Access.
