Absolutely thrilled with the sanding and re-coating of our 16 year old timber floors. The water based matt finish looks amazing. Great communication from the staff at Planet Timbers before, during and after the job. Special mention to Jeremy for attending our house on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend this company.

5 out of 5 for these guys. Excellent costumer service and straight to the point in finding the exact product that we were looking for. Not only they were very quick to get it to WA from the East Coast, they did an excellent job delivering, and were very flexible with reimbursing part of the order since we had to make some adjustments once we started renovations (we got scotia at first but then had to return them since we ended up using skirting). There are "standards" and their are other others "standards"
Planet Timbers do little more than employ ordinary sub-contractors to do their installations, and minimum standards (in their eyes) are all they are concerned about while the customers can (like us) go begging. Originally we afforded them a three stars in a review, but have revised it down after their Management and installation supervisor refused any rework. The Solid Timber Floors Planet Timbers were contracted to do, are well below the standards achieved by another who installed the same type of floors eighteen months ago. Sensible
