Titan Timber Flooring is a Perth-based flooring retailer with one of the biggest flooring showrooms in WA. We supply high quality Australian and European flooring products to residential and commercial builders, renovators, and architects, as well as homeowners and DIY renovators. Our Osborne Park showroom features a huge selection of timbers and finishes, including over 50 different species of raw solid timber.
This synthetic material is hard-wearing, easy to clean and comes in an array of smooth finishes and vibrant colours. The manufacturing of this type of floor is closely related to that of engineered timber. Laminate flooring is made up of multiple layers of fibre board with a synthetic wood sheet on top, all fused together.
The colour range consists of a wide variety of earth tones that range from light, natural-looking oak washes to deep, rich mahoganies. Grain choice can become more complex - the finer the grain, the less inclusions or knots are visible. A differentiation in grain adds character and reflects the overall atmosphere you want to create in your home.
Bamboo natural flooring is a great way of achieving a eco-friendly, yet natural modern style. S.R.T (Scratch Resistant Technology) - 11 coats of a market leading lacquer is applied to every board to ensure maximum protection against wear and tear. Minesh was a delight to deal with. He explained the many options available to us in a quiet, knowledgeable and non-pushy way, exhibiting a droll sense of humour. His administration of the contract from planning to installation was efficient, low key and fair. He allowed us to borrow showroom samples for two short periods so we could see the timber in-situ and match it with furniture we were buying. The installation team were friendly, neat and polite and did a fabulous job. We are very happy with our engineered spotted gum floor and have received positive feedback from friends. My project involved jackhammering existing tiles with the need to accommodate some kitchen reno works at the same time, before timber flooring was installed. Whilst it was challenging, they worked closely with me to find solutions, including patching up some dodgy flooring left by the previous owner.
Place looks brilliant now - due to great workmanship and quality of the product.

Was recommended Titan by friends and was not disappointed. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted, and Minesh & his dad confirmed this to me in store. They were always friendly, patient and helpful, and all emails were responded to in double-quick time. There was a gap of many months between when I went to see them in store (without making a 100%… commitment) and when I finally got the floors done, due to other jobs being done at my place first, and Titan were never pushy and never bugged me during that time. When it came to the actual job being done, the guys were there on time and

Minesh and his team are bloody fantastic. Just had our staircase done and landing area. They were great people and did the most amazing job. They even cleaned up my garage after! If you are looking for a… professional job, then these guys are the ones. Ours was completely custom from scratch and they managed to work around all the problems we faced to have an amazing result. After comparing quotes and workmanship of nearly every timber store in Osborne park, we decided to get our flooring installed through Titan. Minesh patiently answered all questions over the phone and in store… and helped pick the majestic laminate over the high cost timber oak. Very professional, honest and trustworthy team to deal with. Big thanks to the installation team for doing a great job in a short notice over the weekend. Highly recommended.

I have been searching for the right timber floor at the right price and the quote from Titan was significantly better than any other. Minesh was very good to deal with and very helpful in getting my boral engineered blackbutt floors laid in the country. It was no drama at all. The team who laid the floor arrived spot on at 7am and did a fabulous job. They were consulting me on all decisions and left the work site clean and tidy. Very professional and great service.

Titan are an excellent company. They are friendly and informative and their products are of the highest quality. They recently fitted a large expanse of flooring for us. This included some very tricky work as our house in circular in places and has many stairs. The fitters were brilliant, staying late every day (seven days a week) until the job was… done and done well. They sought our approval for all decisions (even very small ones) and were always polite and friendly. Great product, great people, great prices. Couldn't ask for more. They really go the extra mile.
