We can quote to supply everything that you need for the job. We are a trade house with mill direct products in timber. When comparing apples for apples you will find us very competitive but genuinely quality focused. Give us your plan and we can work out quantities. We can supply everything from the primers and adhesives through to the timbers and coatings.
VCS is a timber mill direct company. We draw our timber from certified mills around Australia. This practice allows us to offer competitive pricing while ensuring that the timbers supplied meet the quality standards required. VCS are committed to the supply of quality, environmentally responsible, proven, timber flooring products.
There are many options in flooring. The term 'Timber Floor' doesn't always refer to a product made of traditional timber. It can be a look alike or even totally synthetic. Then too there are options such as solid, engineered & floating. In this section we have put pages to explain the pro's and cons of each choice that should be helpful.
Timber laminate flooring has a similar look to traditional timber, with one unique difference. Instead of been fixed permanently using nails and adhesive, the flooring 'floats' on top of an underlay, making them easier to install or replace than traditional timber hardwood. They are durable, scratch and stain resilient, and provide an economical alternative to hardwood floors for the home or office.
Engineered timber floors come in a wide range of options. We are now very pleased to offer a remarkable range of engineered floors with a full range of thicknesses to the face timber. This is extremely important. The so-called 'wear layer' is the face timber on the engineered floor. If a floor needs to be re-sanded then this is the material that is sanded.

I first bought our Kari Timber and all the extra'a needed to lay our floor from VCS in 2009. The staff where super helpful and gave us lots of good advice on laying the floor as we where doing it ourselves.
In July 2020 I had a water leak in the Kitchen so had to do a repair to my Kari floor. I went back to VCS in Osbourne Park and Ryan was super helpful and provided me with what I needed for the job. Saved me some Dollars as well. If I had to lay another wooden floor in the future I wouldn't look anywhere else than VCS Solid Timber Floors..

I would like to really recommend Heath Flatters and VCS Solid timber floors. I have jarrah floors throughout most of my house. They were in pretty poor condition. Heath quoted for less than I expected. He sanded what amounted to pretty much the whole house - and coated the floors with two coats of Osmo Oils. I couldn't believe the difference. It has transformed my entire house. Heath is a real craftsman - he also fixed up some of our dodgy joins as well. I couldn't recommend Heath enough. A true artisan!! He has brought out the grain in the floors, so now they are the absolute feature of the house

VCS Solid Timber Floors is an amazing organisation that provides a wide range of products, services and advice. I searched long and hard for a company that could provide me with the training and advice to achieve my own DIY package. The guys at VCS were friendly and immediately assisted me with everything I needed for the job, even down to the amount of nails I required!

This is a company that clearly cares about their product. Heath has been very easy to work with and the floor that is going down at the moment looks great. They have protocols in place to make sure their floor doesn't have problems later and give heaps of useful information from the first meeting in the showroom, all the way through the process of installing the floor
