We have recently used Carpet World in Mornington for our timber flooring and carpet and could not be happier. Jess has been wonderful in helping us choose our carpet and flooring which can be hard to do as they have such a huge range (spoilt for choice). Disappointed that carpet not vacuumed at completion of laying. Spent over half hour removing fluff and threads and will have to move furniture to get at fluff etc. Much easier if done before moving furniture back. Perhaps advise client that you don't vacuum so we can do it before furniture returned. Better still add it to quote!!

Such a great experience getting my floors installed through Carpet world Mornington. Jess was super knowledgeable about all the products and answered my endless questions to get the best outcome. Also regular and timely communication regarding the process. I went with the karndean Korlok flooring in warm ash-the installation guys did a great job and it really does look amazing. Highly recommend 👍

BEWARE. We were trusting and received a terrible carpet. Every room, the carpet was marked. They said they would steam clean, but this was a new carpet, would anyone settle for that? No replies.
We did respond but no response to our phone calls until I put the review up. You have since then sent a service man to rake the marks out and the deal was if the marks won't come out, you will supply a new carpet. Our Sales Executive Jess Coad was extremely helpful and honest across helping us with our flooring choices to the organization of installation and any other query we had. Then came time for the installation, we hit the jackpot. Daniel Lyness from DSL Timber Flooring did an amazing job. Amazing customer service when buying new carpet for our home. The show room is so stunning with so many options to choose from. Once we chose our carpet it was installed so quickly after that. Absolutely astounded that my partner and I were ignored for min 30 mins while looking for carpet for our rental properties in an EMPTY STORE on a Saturday afternoon and not once were we approached for any help or advice all the two girls did was chat and ignore us needless to say ..absolutely furious and having bought products before I will never return..conservatively estimated lost approximately $30000k in business
