They come with either 2, 3, 4 and 6mm hardwood oak top layer. Installation of Perfect Oak's engineered oak timber flooring involves two different options of either floating on underlay or directly fixing to your existing subfloor.

The flooring company could improve their service by actually finishing the job that they were meant to..... so unprofessional. The flooring too is ill fitted and has areas lifting and bouncing. Would I recommend this company- NEVER and the sad part is that they were recommended to myself so therefore very disappointing

Mark installed and coated my heritage gum floors for a renovation to our house. The floors came up amazing and I really appreciated Marks effort to help complete the project ahead of schedule. We have just had our floors completed by Perfect Oak floors and they are amazing. We could not have asked for a better organised company.
After having renovated two houses now, honest, competent, easy to communicate with tradesmen are worth every dollar spent.
Mark and Brian were in contact with either myself, or my husband every step of this process. They gave us a timeline and stuck to it, as well as coming back to oversee the corking, which was the last thing to be done.
I would use this company again and would highly recommend them,
we are extremely happy customers!

From my past experience of new builds and renovations i have often encountered issues and headaches with timber flooring with shops giving me the wrong advice and and providing substandard products and service. I recently went with Perfect Oak Floors based on a recommendation and cannot but compliment the service i received. From start to finish they were extremely helpful with advice and product knowledge and ensured every aspect of the job was carried out correctly. I visited there retail shop in Clayton South where all products are very well displayed and gives you a proper vision of the product

Mark Walsh and his team at Perfect Oak Floors have worked on my interior design/project management projects for over 6yrs, both for solid timbers and their engineered timber range.
Basically, my company would not use anyone else (and that's a big call). Timber supply and install is the biggest investment to any renovation project so entrusting a company to undertake this task is paramount and can make or break a design.
My expectations are high and always met.. End result always exceptional. Timeline always met and the team are always professional, reliable and meticulous.
