These guys are honest, reliable and their work is of exceptional quality.
Matt certainly has a keen eye for detail and is a perfectionist; you can tell he knows his stuff and has been in the industry for a long time.

Below-poor workmanship. Left huge holes around stair banister's (>2cm), overhang along edges of stairs, and excessively cut timber around ducted vents. Also applied stain unevenly to sections of the floor surface. Refused to come back and rectify their work despite clearly being fault of their timber-layers, lack of experience and lack of care for customers once payment has been received.

Poor communication. Miscommunication over product ordered. Prepared room after company looking at site then on the day of levelling was told the job was too complicated and would cost an extra $1500. Unprofessional handling of this. No apology or detailed explanation. Family business, son who came to do the job simply left and said to his father who had initially inspected the site that he wasn’t willing to do it without ripping up tiles for an extra delay and expense. Very unhappy customer. Was able to find someone else to do the job for a better price and better customer service.
