Auda and crews did a great job. I was hesitant to believe all the great reviews they had but had to give them a try. I was out of state and got a good vibe from them. They installed vinyl flooring, carpeting, replaced the base trim with the 5-1/4 in and tiled the backsplash. All work was done with high quality and Auda kept me up to date for each job. They came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again. They deserve the high ratings they get.

Yep, this is the flooring store you need. Todd should teach seminars in customer service. He took care of us like family. We recently bought what is for now a second home, so we had to do two significant projects remotely. Todd helped us select product and was extremely professional and communicative in scheduling throughout the projects. The final results were just what we wanted. It would be hard to imagine a better experience. This is a great company.

Flooring America had the Shaw tile product we needed, and the grout that was used by the builder when our house was constructed in 2016. Their work crew - Abel and Alberto - removed the carpeting from our master bedroom and installed the porcelain tile we ordered. Their workmanship and professionalism was outstanding during all phases of the job. They were prompt and very courteous. You would be very fortunate to have them work on your flooring project!

Best Flooring Experience. The staff worked with me, and made sure that we were pleased with the service, both sets of installers (hardwood and carpet) were total pros and got a fairly large job done quickly. Would use again for all my flooring needs... PS used my antelope remnant to create a runner, which FA bound for me! Came out amazing..

Initially Disappointed - but now "Wow!"
Initially had posted "Was the sales process good? - Yep. Did I find a nice floor? - Yep. Did they install it? - Yep. Does it look good? Sorta. Clean up job not so great and there's a full box of flooring sitting in the middle of our living room floor. I thought I was informed I wouldn't be charged for what wasn't used but I'm thinking I was as what was debited from my account was more then I expected."
