Owner Ali is not to be trusted. There was lie upon lie.
He told another customer that his best tradesman had to pull out of that job due to heart attack. But he told me this tradesman was fine. He also rubbished a competing flooring company 2 doors down. He also made a pathetic excuse for not being able to turn up to my appointment for a quote:He said, the flooring samples might get wet? Funny because he told me the product was waterproof. Ha ha.Luckily I pulled out in time. Don't hand over the money..just run.
Oh yeah...at least one of these reviews is fake.

Worst experience with a Company I have ever experienced
6 hours late on the first day of carpet installation and 2 hours late with the second day. No contact from them - I had to phone the Company Owner Ali
who was not at all helpful. They take your money upfront and do not care at all. Do not use them. WARNING !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Flooring heaven! From the moment you walk into the amazing showroom, the hardest thing is to actually pick which type of flooring to go with, as there is such an extensive range to suit every budget. We recently had carpet and vinyl laid by the team at Brighton Flooring and were extremely happy with the service and workmanship. I have used Brighton flooring to install floors in two properties. On both occasions, I found Ali extremely helpful, patient and professional, he was very knowledgeable provided numerous options and went through the installation process in detail and all works were carried out to a high standard. I was very happy with the way he handled the entire process-from choosing the right underlay and colour through to the install and the after sales experience. I would definitely recommend Brighton flooring especially if you have no expertise in flooring and want a job well done
