The supplier warranties that the pre-finished coating on your floor is 7 layer of UV cured European Polyurethane Coating that will not wear through under normal residential traffic condition for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, as long as the floor is maintained in accordance with Maintenance Instructions set out in the warranty document.

Rang this company for a quote, the quote seemed reasonable but when asked if there would be some furniture to be moved and I said yes, they said that’s not possible and asked why I couldn’t move it myself. I ask why they couldn’t arrange it to be move around as needed (seeing there would be 2 men laying the floor boards ) I was told why couldn’t I move it, I ask and where do you think I’m going to move it to she replied by saying your bathroom. OMG
with the stupidity of that I ended the call saying well you’ve just lost $7K bye
