Couldn’t be happier with with the finished result. After shopping around we got the guys from Simon Carpets to install our oak timber floorboards and loop pile carpet. As a tradesman myself, their attention to detail and workmanship is second to none. Great work and a great bunch of guys, not a mention reasonably priced.

We recently installed Simon Carpers throughout our house. Like was very professional and friendly to deal with, advising us on the best value and look for our house including different styles for our kids bedrooms and our entertaining areas. Do not use Simon Carpets for Vinyl installation. The workmanship of the installer was poor and I'm very dissatisfied with the floors and service. Being a flooring place and for the price I paid, I expected a decent floor with neat finishes. Instead the vinyl was cut shorter than the skirting board in a number of places so there's gaps around the edges and it looks unfinished, they didn't seal the edges and the guy said he doesn't do caulking which I thought was standard for flooring in wet rooms to be finished with a sealant around the edges, and he dropped glue on the vinyl and didn't clean it

I'Ve been here yesterday and was given a rough price on the Carpet i was interested .
I rang today to order and as the salesperson picked up i said "good afternoon " he did not acknowledge me so i repeated Good Afternoon. He cut the line .I rang back he cut the line . He obviously doesn't understand common etiquette so much for excellent service it's just a joke .
