Cushion vinyl can be loose laid or glued depending on the quality of the existing sub floor. Vinyl tiles and Vinyl planks are more commonly glued down so the surface needs to be completely level. Sharps Floorworld Mornington were excellent to deal with especially Jill
She was very patient and her knowledge of their products was also excellent. Adam and Jake did an amazing job on the laying of our floor and also swept and removed all of the packaging and offcuts from our home

As far as I am concerned could not have had a better supplier and installer. The shop staff were good and explained all the different options. We purchased floating floor boards and carpet in the bedrooms both installing teams were brilliant. This is the 2nd time we have Cranbourne floorworld for 2 houses we have lived in, hope there is not a third house BUT if there is I will be back.

Unprofessional and actually rather rude on the phone.
Wish we hadn’t wasted our time with this lot. Had a person come measure our house up and we explained we would like this done soon. We had the cash and were ready to start ASAP.
We went into the show room the next day and picked 2 different products to be quoted on. Never heard from them again.
When hubby rang - the people were rude about this.
Apparently our money isn’t good enough for Floorworld Cranbourne.
That’s ok we spent our $10k at Carpet World in Hallam who didn’t muck us around.
Avoid these time wasters!

Tracie delivered consistently good service from the start to the end. Guided me to select the best floor for my needs, great product knowledge on flooring & helped me step out of my comfort zone with my selection.
