Quality and range of products is good. We had a fair few defects on installation including carpet tiles lifting up which were eventually resolved. We are very happy with how the carpeting turned out. Residue from adhesives used on vinyl flooring remains unresolved 6 months on. Attitude of installers when they are coming back to remedy defects really isn't good, they give off the sense that you are imposing on them by having them back to remedy their work. Their efforts when coming back to fix the defects have always been very rushed, and this is reflected in the result.

A flooring company has taken legal action against the construction union over a social media post which accuses the contractor of “dodgy practices”.
Floorwise lodged a writ against the CFMEU with the Supreme Court yesterday demanding the Facebook post be removed and claiming damages.
The March 8 post on the CFMEU WA Facebook page accuses Floorwise of sham contracting, pyramid contracting, underpayment of workers and unsafe work practices. The Balcatta-based company denies the claims, which it regards as reckless and malicious.
The union said it uncovered the employment issues while investigating
