Very happy with my solar installation by Ryan from Optimum Solar Energy. Ryan was prompt and professional during the quoting stage, gave me quality options to think about and no heavy sales pitch.
Ryan kept me informed throughout the whole process and turned up on time.
Installation and work on site was excellent and they maximised the layout and roof space to get the system size I needed.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Panel layout was well thought out and installed to a high standard. Inverter neatly installed on the side of the house. Solar Edge app works really well and makes it easy to see how to change energy usage to maximise our return on investment. Highly recommend Ryan and the team.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of service, flexibility & consultative nature Ryan brought to the whole Solar process. He was straight forward without any of the cringey sales-y push, doing his best to get the maximum number of panels installed. Right from the first time I spoke to Ryan right through to the after-installation support, he has been available and helpful. Throughout the installation process he was informative (no question was too dumb) and consultative (right down to the horizontal and vertical positioning of the inverter in the garage, as well as location of conduits)

I have recently had solar installed at my home by Ryan from Optimum Solar Energy and I could not be happier.
In investigating the option of installing solar I talked to loads of solar companies and Ryan stood out for his responsiveness, honest down to earth approach and lack of pushy salesman tactics..... bonus that he is also local :)
My roof is terracotta tiles which seemed to present a potential problem for lots of installers but with Optimum all went very smoothly.
Communication was top notch throughout the whole process from quoting through installation to finalisation with AGL.

Ryan was very professional without the cringey salesman nonsense I got from other companies. He was thorough in his explanations and answers to my numerous questions. Pricing was very competitive and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every detail from the panel orientation/layout to the exact height the inverter was mounted at.
Having just built a new house I have worked with many tradespeople and I can say from start to finish, this was the best experience.

We went out to tender for a solar solution for our commercial property on Newmarket Road, Wilston in late 2019, and after meeting with several companies, we selected Optimum Solar Energy.
Ryan and his team did a fantastic job throughout the entire installation and commissioning process, and we are now enjoying savings of up to 75% of our previous power bills.
I’ll definitely be getting Ryan to do solar on my private property as well now.

Ryan's service and knowledge with Solar is outstanding. I had a small basic system and other installers wanted me to replace and upgrade, Ryan actually listened to my needs and requirements and added a system to my existing which saved me a lot of money. I am a Property manager and now are recommending Optimum to my Owners who want solar and also using Ryan to help with any faults and repairs to existing systems.
