Hopeless support. I've had to contact them on the phone and by emails several times before they would even acknowledge my contact, then 2 weeks and numerous emails again and still nothing. It was not until I said I was calling the ACCC that I got a second response saying a technician would call the next day. They didn't and after another 2 emails, I finally got a call from a tradesman that said he would come and have a look. Of course they said a broken panel isnt a warranty issue because there was a stone on the roof the size of a 10c piece which probably caused it. $300 later and months of getting

Have inherited a faulty ABB inverter from the previous owner of our newly purchased home back in Sep 2018. Tried contact Mark Group, the installation company and realised it was taken over by Solgen. We were assisted by one of the engineer Arvind. He assisted us throughout the faulty unit claim process with ABB, the manufacturer. Although the process took nearly 2 months back and forth, the delay was mainly held up by ABB's faulty unit verification process. Once it's approved to be faulty, the replacement was nearly done within 2-3 weeks. Arvind has been patiently assisting us throughout the claim
