Victor Smith, a sells representative, provided detailed information we requested for various solar panels and invertors, explained our questions patiently.
The solar system was installed promptly after the agreement was signed. We reported our roof was leaking during the heavy rain, Solar Galaxy responded quickly and arranged the installer to find and replaced a cracked tile in the following day.

Fantastic experience from initial consult through to post installation support. Munish and his team are extremely knowledgeable and they were very patient/accommodating in explaining all aspects and queries particularly for a newcomer to solar like myself. Dealing with Kanav and the Solar Galaxy team was a pleasure. I had multiple discussions with them during the quotation process regarding panel and inverter technologies, system sizes and existing infrastructure. Both salesmen that I worked with were incredibly friendly, encouraging, had a great attention to detail and were able to talk me through all the necessary details to make me feel confident with my choice of Solar. They were happy to be flexible and wait (as I had to wait upon the bank). They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had great communication with particular interest in customer satisfaction.

We started inquiring about solar nearly 10 months before we purchased with Solar Galaxy. Junior was our contact and he was very informative and gave us all the details we asked for. He was patient and helped us feel like we made the best choice for us. Once Junior beat a competitors quote, we made the deposit and action was taken swiftly to install the solar within only a few weeks. Once the installation was complete we paid the remaining amount and within hours we had a response and our energy company was notifying us of the meter upgrade. The team at Solar Galaxy provided me guidance at each step to install solar. Junior guided me through the process and explained various products in market and what contributes to the cost. I did went out to market to get quotes from other suppliers and overall quote provided by Junior was competitive and I finally decided to go ahead with Solar galaxy. On the day of installation the team arrived on time and were very clear on the plan. I was walked through what they were going to do and what is needed from me. At the end of installation i was provided with installation certificate. Job done professionally

Solar Galaxy is a great company to deal. They were very customer service from the first contact and had very clear communication all through from quote to installation and post installation check. They only recommended and quoted for what was needed. And the was on time to deliver.

After quite a bit of research. I decided to proceed with Solar Galaxy and I am glad I made such decision. They offered the most compatible quote in the market that I can find. Even the installation was delayed due to the Covid restriction. Charlie from Solar Galaxy still managed to install the solar for me last week.
The installation process was quite straight forward. It was planned for 5-6 hours installation and the installers managed to finish it within 4 hours. I have no issue with the installation. I would recommend Solar Galaxy to those who are looking for a reasonable price.
