I received my quote from Jason, he provided a number of options with lots of information relating to the hardware proposed and ROI. We had a conference call and he explained in detail all the options and pricing, he was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions.
We scheduled the install for roughly three weeks after deciding to go ahead. The date of install comes around and Danny turns up bright and early with his team ready to go, they had to remove an old solar install first, which they did carefully and efficiently. Was booked in for install and due to rain got postponed. Dan the install team leader drove from Sydney to Wollongong on the day to introduce himself and tell me that install will not be going ahead as planned. Jason made contact the next working day with a new installation date. The following week solar system was installed, working to expectations and how was described.
Competitively priced with own install team and not sub contractors was also a reason for choosing Ultimate Solar.
Strongly recommend using Ultimate Solar.

Very professional and friendly team. Ultimate Solar solutions installed solar unit earlier this year for us, and we could not be happier with the results. During the process we had a lot of questions for Danny and Jason, and they were very generous with their time. Danny even went out his way to pick up roof tiles (to save me the 1.5hr round trip) for me. They were to replace some broken tiles, which were damaged prior to the installation. Thanks you guys again for the amazing job.

Awesome service and a very good quality installation.
Jason and the boys were awesome to deal with and even noticed cracked tiles upon installation and were willing to replace as I had spares! very honest and hardworking and installation was done safely and in a timely matter will recommend to family and friends definitely!

Fantastic service was provided by Dan & John after spending months conducting research. They were professional and knowledgeable throughout the engagement. Two quarters have lapsed since the original install and we are currently in credit with our provider. Couldn't be happier with the service and post-sales support.
