Natural Solar supplied and installed my Tesla Battery. The process was fairly straight forward and I am happy with the installation.
Serena Andrews was my ‘Solar Consultant’ and she was very helpful and responded quickly to emails/questions.
The cost was reasonable however I believe the labour was a bit inflated given my installation was completed in less than 3 hours. Natural Solar also requires payment in full before installation could commence. I thought was odd as many other quotes I had received allowed 7-14 days following the installation to pay. It just made me feel a bit anxious paying

First contact for a quote and info was Alan. Alan was helpful and polite with none of the hard sell, pushy sales tactics I dread and most importantly, the price was good.
The delivery/install time from order was unbelievably fast. Brad did the install and he and his offsider did an excellent job, they listened to what I wanted and where I wanted it, nothing seemed to be a problem. The end result was very neat and functions well.
I would definitely recommend Natural Solar and will be using them again if/when I decide to upgrade my system.

Rupen was very helpful in getting the Tesla Powerwall 2 installed, especially since approval was required from Ausnet. Once approval was given, the install happened within a couple of weeks. It is great to have control over my power usage plus the monitoring via the Tesla App is really good. The best thing is having battery backup when we have blackouts.

I purchased a Tesla Powerwall 2 after speaking with Alan. I was really impressed by Alan's knowledge and he was able to answer all my questions in a simple and understandable way. The install is really neat and done very quickly with the guys checking with me on locations for the equipment. I'm delighted with the product, the install and seeing that we're already saving money on our power.

I recently Purchased a Powerwall 2, from Alan Bailey at Natural Solar. I decided to add battery storage to our existing solar system. Alan was very helpful and sent me several brochures to assist me in my choice of battery. and was able to answer all my questions in relation to the install process.
The only glitch we had was on the day of the install, the contracted installers were 5 hours late. Apparently they ran into so trouble with the previous job, which was also 3 hours drive away.
Once I was able to contact them they gave me an arrival time. When they arrived, things progressed like clockwork

I enquired about a Tesla Powerwall through my Tesla account to complement my existing solar panel system. Within 2 days I was contacted by James at Natural Solar. He wasn't pushy at all and was very happy to discuss various ways we could install the Powerwall in my non-standard home layout with multiple switchboards.
A couple of days later, a few friendly gentlemen from Balm Electrical arrived at my house and completed the installation in 6 hours. They discussed everything with me beforehand (whether it was ok to park on my driveway, what circuits to back up, when to cut power, etc.) and it could

Very happy with the team at Natural Solar. Got the system installed in 2 weeks after I signed the quote. Sales process was a bit bumpy but the professionalism of Alan and the quality of the products they offered (I got a 10.3 KW system with Canadian Solar Panels, Fronius Inverter and Fronius Smart Meter). The after sales support to help register the inverter, and set up the app for the inverter and the smart meter has been fantastic. The installers were also very professional. We had a tricky roof and the team worked with the installers to ensure that the install went smoothly.
