I couldn't fault a single thing Matt and the team is offering. Every questions, query or concerns I had was addressed within few hours and with ease. Specially Matt's communication is exceptional.
Unfortunately my personal circumstance is changed so I am unable to continue with the build this time but I would definitely go to PBB / Matt Graves when I am ready to build again.
PBB has exceptional team offering very professional service. Its slightly different way to build the house but better peace of mind and quality. I would highly recommend PBB based on my experience.

I was in a very unfortunate situation to have lost my house in the recent bushfire. Not prepared to build a new house again I didn't really know where to start. After my first chat with Matt it all sounded to good to be true. And as most people, when we think it is too good to be true, I was looking for the catch. But I can assure you there is NONE!
Matt and his team have been absolutely amazing with their guidance, support and their knowledge. Coming up with a beautifully archidecturally designd house was just the start. Nothing was too much trouble and their patience with me changing my mind

We have found Matt, Coral and the team to be extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to our queries. We have built many houses over the years and this is the first time we have utilised the services of PBB. We had a clear idea of what we wanted for our design and Matt and Coral were able to take our brief and enhance it further to maximise the potential of our block. Working with Perth Building Broker is hands down the best thing we have ever done! Never in our wildest dreams would we have ever considered building our own house. It's always the one thing people say, "don't build your own house it's not worth it". They say that because they didn't use Perth Building Broker!

Working with the Perth Building Broker was the perfect solution for my wife and I as we started the process of design our dream home. After having trouble trying to find a building company able to modify their house designs to suit our unique block shape we were lucky to have Matt referred to us.
Matt happily worked with us to custom design our home, with complete plans and engineered drawings at a 1/3 the price of other drafting companies we have used in the past.
Having a certain idea of style that we wanted with champagne taste on a beer budget, we are really excited with the design that Matt & Coral came up with to keep us happy & on track!
