Our same day Report is professional, reliable and effective giving you complete peace of mind. This Inspection identifies any structural defects prior to purchasing your new property as per the Australian Standards AS4349.1. The Inspection will cover all elements of the property relating possible structural defects including cracking of concrete, masonry walls and ceilings, together with defects in roof framework, balconies and drainage.
