We contacted Luke to build an outdoor area for our home. We had no clue of what we could accomplish or how to achieve it. Luke created a design that truly changed the entire look and atmosphere of our backyard. It is unique in many ways to anything else we have seen and truly tranquil. We love our entertaining area and everyone comments on its beautiful workmanship and design. The entire process was efficient and the tradesmen were lovely to deal with. We would recommend Luke’s services to anyone looking to renovate.

Very disappointing experience, poor communication, no commitment to timeframe, (quoted 5 months at 10 months I asked that he be gone by month end as we did not want him there any longer) poor workmanship by some trades with very poor resolution , badly managed material deliveries and site meetings with trades i.e. Trades waiting around for the builder regularly. Re-work by all trades due to poor / no supervision, or incorrect materials supplied.
I could not recommend Luke for any building works.

I am a tradesman that has worked on numerous jobs that Luke has built and what I like about him most is his attention to detail and high level of quality which is hard to find in most builders nowadays. Luke's trades are all exceptional not only specializing in new builds but also experts in renovations and maintaining a extremely high level of quality on all builds. Luke from Future Design Builders took over our project when our previous builder could not complete the project. Our previous builder took two years just to do the brickwork in our house let alone anything else. Luke completed our build within 5 months from taking over the contract. Our only regret was not using Luke for the whole build. He not only finished the house in a short time frame at an affordable price but also finished it to a higher standard than what we could have ever imagined. We would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of building or renovating.

Future Design worked around an old federation home and a busy working family to add beautiful living spaces and then renovated the whole of the exterior of the house. We're delighted with the final result, some of the photos on the website are of our home ..............
