Andrew from A W Swann Plumbing very promptly responded to my text seeking a quote to unblock and attended to the blockage on the same day. I appreciated that to save expense Andrew initially attempted to unblock the pipes manually with a large plumber's plunger for a fee of $150.00 plus gst and when that didn't clear the blockage, an electric-powered "plumber's snake" machine was used.

It transpired that the underground drain was blocked by tree roots. The cost was $385.00 including gst. I was very happy with the level of service which

Andrew has been our preferred plumber for many years now - we use him for all our rental property needs. His service and attention to detail is second to none! He always offers his extensive expert knowledge, and is just so lovely to deal with.
